- Established in 2014, Caileb Construction continues its success by offering an unparalleled level of diversity. Some examples include: road maintenance in a form of: asphalt crack sealing, asphalt patching, potholes repair, slurry seals, asphalt paving and chipping. We also manufacture and supply asphalt cold-mix, supply and spray bituminous road binders. Caileb Construction also sells these following products; Polymer Modified Binders (S-E1/2 & A-E1 /2), Polymer Modified Crack Sealant (C-E1), Cationic Emulsions (KRS 60% & 65%), Anionic Emulsions (SS 60), MC-30 cut back bitumen and Enviro Prime.
