Elleck Mgiba who had an experience of over ten years in the bargaining council tracing monies, employers, and employees due to huge funds on the system accumulating yearly as “unknown, that has led him to gain more knowledge on tracing tactics. Sibusiso Mhlanga was once employed at Motor Industry Bargaining Council as a Returns Processor, dealing processing of returns from employers and also to trace “Unused Cash on the system”.
