Who are we?

African Migrants Solidarity (AMIS) is a Non-Profit Organisation (Reg. No. : 073-665-NPO)based in Johannesburg. AMIS is working for the peaceful and positive integration of migrants in the South African society. There was a need to have an organization committed to this cause was felt during the 2008 violent xenophobic attacks on Foreign-Nationals, living in South Africa generally but more especially in Gauteng and Western Cape Province.
